“We worked with John and his team on a major, complex home remodel. Since we had already obtained a design for the remodel before contacting Mangiantini Construction, and we had retained some separate service providers to work on a couple of discreet projects (e.g., new flooring and an A/C upgrade), our project required Mangiantini to deviate somewhat from its standard design/build approach. John proved to be very flexible, graciously acting as a coordinator not only for the work his team was directly responsible for, but also for the other contractors’ work. He was proactive and responsive throughout. A project this big, with so many players and moving parts, inevitably involves some bumps along the way; but John handled them expertly, with patience, creativity and good humor. We are thrilled with the finished project, and recommend Mangiantini Construction without reservation.”
